Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and HiredResumeAI for using hiredresumeai.com.

Who can use it

You must be 16 or older. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, because sign-in uses one-time magic links sent to it.

You sign in with a link we email you. Each link works once and expires after 15 minutes. One person per account.

Free and Premium

Free: one saved resume, five free templates, PDF downloads without a watermark, plain-text export and a small monthly allowance of AI actions.
Premium: every template and design control, DOCX export, more AI actions (fair-use cap of 300 a month), tailoring, full ATS checks, cover letters, version history and unlimited resumes.

Single resume plan: a one-time payment that unlocks one resume of your choice: every template and design control, PDF and DOCX downloads, and 30 AI actions. It does not renew and does not include cover letters or extra resumes beyond the one it unlocks. The unlock stays with that resume.

30-day pass: a one-time payment for 30 days of Premium. It does not renew.

Monthly and yearly plans: renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; Premium continues until the end of the period you've paid for and you won't be charged again.

Country pricing: prices are adjusted by country and charged in local currency based on your card's billing country. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record and handles tax and invoices.

Refunds: if something goes wrong, contact support@hiredresumeai.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll make it right. Statutory rights in your country are not affected.

When Premium ends, your resumes are kept and remain editable on Free (extra resumes become read-only, never deleted).

Your content

You own everything you write and upload. You give us only the rights we need to store, process, render and export it for you, and to send it to our processors to run the features you use. We don't sell your data or publish your resume unless you turn on a share link.

AI suggestions

AI features suggest wording. They can be wrong. You must check every suggestion before you use it, and you're responsible for the accuracy of your resume. Our AI is instructed never to invent employers, dates, qualifications or numbers; where it lacks a number it leaves a [number] placeholder for you to fill.

Acceptable use

Don't use HiredResumeAI to create fake credentials, impersonate someone, upload content you don't have rights to, scrape the site, overload it, or get around plan limits or security.

Templates

You may use our templates for your own job applications. You may not resell or redistribute them.

Changes and availability

We work to keep the service available but can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change features; if we remove a paid feature during your paid period, we'll offer a pro-rata refund.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Your data page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for lost job opportunities or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring claims in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We'll post changes here with a new date and email signed-in users about significant changes at least 14 days before they apply.
